  • Job Analysis

Job Analysis is a process to identify in detail the particular job duties and requirements and the relative importance of these duties for a given job.  We use the DACUM process to conduct job analysis.

  • Job Description Development

We develop detailed job descriptions based on the findings of a job analysis.  Job descriptions generally include the duties, purpose, responsibility, scope, and working conditions of the job, along with the job title and the name or designation of the person to whom the employee reports.

  • Performance Management

Performance Management is a continuous process of identifying, measuring, and developing employee performance in an organization by linking individual performance to the overall mission and goals of the organization.

  • Human Resource Development

Human Resource Development involves a continuous process of observing, planning, actioning, and reviewing the competencies, capabilities, and behaviors of employees to improve individual, team, and organizational performance.

  • Leadership Development

Fundamentally, leadership is about producing a culture of positive change within an organization.  Leadership has been defined as having a credible vision for the organization which aligns with what most people want and believe in.  Leaders constantly communicate the vision to everyone in the organization using every means and opportunity possible, and strive to motivate and inspire those around them to achieve that vision.  Leadership is about sometimes leading from the front but also by developing people from within the organization by providing them with the resources and experience they need to achieve their own goals as well as the goals of the organization.

Essentially, onboarding is new hire orientation.  Are you concerned about the time it takes to get new hires up to full speed?  Are unskilled employees putting your organization at risk? Are inexperienced employees causing poor customer experiences and lost sales? Are new employees making costly mistakes?

  • Consistent Job Performance

Is consistent job performance important for your organization’s success?Do you wish all employees could perform like your best employee? Are you experiencing major organizational changes and seeking consistency with new processes? Is employee performance consistent across all locations? Are you losing business because employees do not perform to your standards? Is inconsistent job performance resulting in safety incidents and errors, in increased liability and dissatisfied customers? Are you concerned about skill shortages?

We use a fast, efficient method to capture the skills, knowledge and abilities of your top performers and use this information to develop training programs that drive exemplary performance.  We offer a proven system to get consistent job performance, developed over many years across many industries and sectors.

Many organizations are experiencing a brain drain that negatively impacts their sustainability.  Is your organization concerned about knowledge loss? Are impending retirements a threat to your organization?  Do you need to develop replacements for critical positions?  We can help.

We build job specific assessments to identify skill gaps and validate skills.  We pinpoint the exact skill requirements for each job in your organizations and use these organizational benchmarks to create assessments.

Often, new hires are provided with an employee handbook which contains a summary of policies, procedures, and practices related to human resource management at their organization.  We have developed dozens of employee policies that can be adapted for your organization.

  • Standard Operating Procedures

A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is a procedure specific to your organization that describes the activities or steps necessary to complete tasks in accordance with industry regulations, provincial or territorial laws, or your own standards for operating your business.  Any document that is a "How To" falls into this category of procedures. Standard Operating Procedures include policies, procedures, and standards that are needed in the operation, marketing, and administration of your organization.

The first step of career development is to determine your employees' current performance levels. We support this process by creating and analyzing an inventory of your employees' skills. From this point, we develop a customized career plan for employees who wish to further develop their skills.
