  • Job Analysis

Job Analysis is a process to identify in detail the particular job duties and requirements and the relative importance of these duties for a given job.  We use the DACUM process to conduct job analysis.

  • Job Description Development

We develop detailed job descriptions based on the findings of a job analysis.  Job descriptions generally include the duties, purpose, responsibility, scope, and working conditions of the job, along with the job title and the name or designation of the person to whom the employee reports.

  • Performance Management

Performance Management is a continuous process of identifying, measuring, and developing employee performance in an organization by linking individual performance to the overall mission and goals of the organization.

  • Human Resource Development

Human Resource Development involves a continuous process of observing, planning, actioning, and reviewing the competencies, capabilities, and behaviors of employees to improve individual, team, and organizational performance.

  • Leadership Development

Fundamentally, leadership is about producing a culture of positive change within an organization.  Leadership has been defined as having a credible vision for the organization which aligns with what most people want and believe in.  Leaders constantly communicate the vision to everyone in the organization using every means and opportunity possible, and strive to motivate and inspire those around them to achieve that vision.  Leadership is about sometimes leading from the front but also by developing people from within the organization by providing them with the resources and experience they need to achieve their own goals as well as the goals of the organization.

A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is a procedure specific to your organization that describes the activities or steps necessary to complete tasks in accordance with industry regulations, provincial or territorial laws, or your own standards for operating your business.  Any document that is a "How To" falls into this category of procedures. Standard Operating Procedures include policies, procedures, and standards that are needed in the operation, marketing, and administration of your organization.

The first step of career development is to determine your employees' current performance levels. We support this process by creating and analyzing an inventory of your employees' skills. From this point, we develop a customized career plan for employees who wish to further develop their skills.
