Training Needs Analysis

A training needs competency analysis is one of the most important aspects of any training development program, as it identifies training and competency gaps within your workforce.  It should be utilized during times of change to ensure that training programs continue to align with organizational needs.  The Competency Group uses competency maps as the foundation for employee consultations, key informant interviews, and surveys that pinpoint skills gaps.
