Patrick is the CEO and Senior Consultant at The Competency Group Inc. He has worked with a wide variety of clients spanning private sector, non-governmental organization (NGO), not for profit, private sector, and all levels of government. As part of the leadership team, Patrick leads projects and teams, establishes partnerships, and ensures quality outcomes. Patrick’s experience is extensive and he has held several leadership positions within government as well as not-for-profit.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Healthcare Ethics and Law from the University of Manchester School of Law Centre for Social Ethics and Policy, and is awaiting graduation for a Ph.D. in Political Philosophy and Economy from the University of Birmingham.
